1. What payment do you accept?

We accept visa, master card, American express, e-transfer, money order, cash or corporate and personal cheque.

In studio we have a point of sale system that accepts all forms of payment including interac.

For your convenience we can now accept payments online. Or feel free to call /email us to arrange over the phone purchase.

2. Do you have payment plans?

Yes we are happy to work out an interest free payment plan. We would ask for an agreed upon down payment, then work out payments for over the next 12 months. The art will be shipped once we receive full payment.

3. How do you ship?

We ship via Fed Ex, Purolator or Canada Post depending on where we are shipping, and depending on the size the shipment.

We have been known to hand deliver and hang when possible. Of course if it is in Brazil we may need help with the airfare ☺

The art-work is first wrapped (cushioned) then packaged in crated boxes (plywood) built specifically for the art being shipped.

We handle all the customs paper work.

Customers will receive a Certificate of Authenticity that includes Providence of the original artwork.

4. Where do you ship?

We do and have shipped almost anywhere!

5. Do you frame?

No we no longer frame. Our original art is on “gallery canvas” which is canvas stretched on deep stretcher boards with the sides painted creating a finished, frameless look suitable for immediate display.

6. Do you license your art? Who owns the copyright of the original art when it is sold?

We have not done so but we are always open to possibilities. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

Doug Fraser Art maintains the copyright of all original art including the sold pieces.

7. Do you lease your artwork to corporations?

We have not entered into this yet but again we are open to possibilities.
